Do not use the mug in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend refrigerating the mug or using it in the freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.

To remove stubborn stains, create a paste using baking soda and water, apply it to the stained area, and gently scrub with a non-abrasive sponge. For more persistent stains, soak the item in a mixture of vinegar and water or use a specialty cleaner designed for drinkware and teaware.

Store your drinkware/teaware in a cool, dry place, preferably upright to avoid chipping or cracking. Use cabinet liners or padding to protect delicate items and avoid stacking heavy objects on top of them.
